The week in review 1st March

"Rod Martin Sensei 4th Dan; seminar series & guest examiner"

The self defence master class series which was recently held on 28th Feb & 1st March went extremely well with an excellent turnout. There was a tremendous buzz during the sessions on "learn fight moves from kata" and it was a great opportunity to gain a better understanding of the Goju Ryu system. Sensei Rod wishes to pass on his thanks for all the support. He was extremely pleased with the enthusiasm and the standard of the students.

Well done to all those who graded at the Club Grading on Sunday 1st March. Special recognitions for our new junior black belts; Gina Boot and Rian Branton.

Well done!
