After school programs

Aside from our regular classes in the evening and weekends, we also run a number of after school programs across East London and Essex. The benefits of these classes are that your child can have taster sessions of what karate/martial arts has to offer in an environment they are comfortable with.

Working with Schools across Tower Hamlets, London

Starting in Autumn 2010, the club has agreed to deliver a series of after-school programs across the London Borough of Tower Hamlets as part of their commitment to "Providing outstanding opportunities and support for young people in Tower Hamlets to reach their potential, realise their ambitions and develop personally through sport".

Caterham SSP "success through sport" (Redbridge)

The Caterham School Sports Partnership (Caterham SSP) links each secondary school with a group of primary schools. These 'School Families' work together to develop PE and sporting opportunities for all young people.

At present, Caterham SSP has 40 schools working together to increase participation in High Quality PE and School Sport.

Club Links (PESSCL) strategy

Through the Club Links strategy, Caterham SSP also has links with clubs in the local area which promotes the aims of the government to ensure that school sport partnerships are now an integral part of every LEA and school’s PE and school sport strategy.
