Back by very popular demand, Team Kaizen is, erm, back!!!

Hop on and get involved in this program, it's a chance for you to become part of a winning team and have massive fun!

For 8 sessions, you will get the opportunity to receive tuition and training from current champions and coaches of the Great Britain team. You will learn new skills, make new friends, and the training and experience will take your karate to another level.
