Outside Event Host: Ippon Karate Club One of the high ranking and prominent instructor in the world, Renshi Dr. Ratislav Mraz is due to arrive in the UK to hold a two day seminar in Oxford on May 2009. He is currently the President of the JKF Goju Kai and Goju Ryu Karate Do Seiwa Kai for Slovakia. All grades and age groups are welcome! The seminar will cover aspects of: JKF Goju Ryu Kata and Bunkai Karate Self Defence Use of Energy Tactics, strategies and techniques for Kumite used by top champions | 17
