Training History

Started training in Chang Chuen Shu (Northern Shoalin Long fist) in 1990 under Chris Ellerker, Nigel Gilham and Andy Bellamy.

Became full time training in karate under Rod Martin Sensei in Go Kan Ryu 1999.

2000, continued training full time under Martin Sensei with Kenshukai Karate.

2001, promoted to senior regional instructor with Marie Anonuevo for East London within Kenshukai Karate.

2001 graded to Shodan-ho in Kenshukai Karate.

2002 achieved Shodan in Kenshukai Karate.

2003 Kaizen Ryu Karate Do established in Dagenham

2007 graded Sandan under Martin Sensei.

2007 attended Japan Karate Federation Masters Seminar Oxford under Akira Shiomi Hanshi and Kesakatsu Kiyohara Hanshi.

2009 Became a member of the Japan Karate Federation Goju Kai

2009 attended JKF Masters Seminar Finchley and Southall under Kesakatsu Kiyohara Hanshi and Seiichi Fujiwara Shihan.

2009 Graded San Dan Seiwakai under Tsuji Tasaki Hanshi 8th Dan

2009 Graded San Dan Japan Karate Federation (JKF) Goju Kai in Nagoya, Japan

Continues to train full time under Shihan Leo Lipinski, Martin Sensei and JKF.

Continues to train in JKA.

2008 4th place Breaking Munich International Open (adult open grade division)

2008 1st place Kata Malympex World Championships (men's open grade division)

2008 1st place Kumite Malympex World Championships (men's open grade division)
