For those of you who love love love to train! Or are looking for a bit of variety in your training this summer... the UK shores plays host to a variety of international instructors. So grab your kit bag and try and get to some of these one-off seminars!

There's plenty of variety as each are as unique as each other, and as martial artists we are sure you will agree that there's plenty of room for improvement, and enriching what you know.  I am sure you will get something out of each and every one. Have fun!
