Martial Arts Day 2008

This year's Martial Arts Day was a fantastic event attended by many different clubs and instructors including ourselves.

Sifu Edwin Hector Jnr of ASCMMAS, Sensei Richard and Caroline Gregory of Seitou Ryu Karate, Sensei Indy and Marie Tanabalan of Kaizen Ryu Karate, Colin Wright and Debbie of KWWK and Master Paul Griffin of Brithai were all in attendance, and all the students learnt a huge amount.

Topics covered included; the importance of circles and lines, effective use of stances, developing 'third leg' kicking and various self-defence moves through pain and compliance, including use of square stick.
