1st March 2018 - Thursday Bow Dojo OPEN 6pm-8pm

2nd March 2018 - Friday Ilford Dojo OPEN 6pm-9:30pm

3rd March 2018 - Saturday DOJO CHALLENGE will run 11am - 4pm at Bethnal Green Dojo. All other classes on Saturday will not run because of the Dojo Challenge day, everyone are expected to be there instead.
