Open training sessions available with top Goju instructor, Leo Lipinski Shihan 8th Dan Seiwakai.

Every Sunday 10am - 1pm

Cost: £20 for 16yrs+ OR £15 for under 15yrs

Proposed training:

The class is open to all who feel they can cope but is aimed at coaching our Seiwakai England (TKF) club instructors and training up people who are assisting in their clubs.

Emphasis will not only be on the general syllabus including Kihon and Kata. 
Kumite kihon will be taught incorporating many techniques from the various Kata. There are some new combinations being added to the syllabus, especially in nekoashi and tsuri ashi. Of course there will also be kumite training.(NOT sports kumite)
